Great hotel, will be back. Courteous staff and the room was air-conditioned.
-
we appreciated this hotel. great customer service provided too. it's worth staying here and exploring downtown sacramento district.
-
The valet was friendly and with nice attitude. The hotel was really close to the airport, 18 minutes drive. Stopped by rio city cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's right by the venue, recommend. Besides, we parked our car on site.

I had to book another room because they did not have the room I booked...a king with a hide a bed!
-
The girls at the front desk rude I had to go to the front desk on 2 different occasions both times two different sets of women every experience was rude. I would like to compliment the restaurant staff we had the same waitress each time we went in there she was so kind and sweet her name is Stephanie. The housekeeping staff was kind and nice also.
The rudeness at the front desk. I now realize that holiday Inn caters to business people we were there for pleasure and being there took away some of that pleasure.

The room and location to old town
The food prices

The bed and pillows were really comfy--I slept well. My dinner of eggplant parmesan over spaghetti squash at the hotel's restaurant was scrumptious. All the staff were kind.
The bathroom vent was loud and constant, but I could sleep once I closed the bathroom door. One of the bedside lamps was broken: the light bulb didn't work and when I checked it, the fixture and lampshade fell apart.

The high floor had a beautiful veiw of old town and the old bridge. The staff were absolutely delightful
Noisy, rickety elevators. Food and beer went bad because there was no refrigerator in the $180 room. Sheets and bed spread were rough. Smelled like B.O. in the room. Thin walls and door. Entry door made a loud bang every time a neighboring door was opened or closed. Television signal was so grainy it gave me a headache. Sign said breakfast till 10:00 am. Went down at 9:45 and it was already put away and cleaned up. The beds were lumpy and could feel the springs. Someone had taken the hair dryer. The coffee pot and cups were in the bathroom near the toilet *thats absolutely disgusting*. The only place to park is $17 a day and is in a parking structure 300 yards away from the building. Good luck getting a weekends worth of bags up to your room in one trip. Otherwise you can pay $30 a day to have them park you car for you. 9 am there was a drunk guy in the lobby, playing a guitar and singing, quite horribly. I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else, but it was the only thing available in the area and they told me it was a non refundable room. $180 a night is absurd for the lack of comfort and amenities. I will never go back

Easy access to old Sac. Bed was comfortable. Food in the cafe was excellent!!
Window sills and Windows needed to be cleaned in the cafe....Very dirty. Need to clean tables and chairs in cafe better.
-
Nice room, close to centre.
Very noisy all night due to traffic on the nearby highways and freeways. Could do with double or even triple glazed windows!
-
Melissa at the bar was very accommodating the night we were there. When our food was over salty she offered a solution even after the kitchen closed. She was great.
-
Great bed, and I might just find a way to steal the pillows. Slept like a dream. Walking distance to Old Sac and a $5 uber to the midtown bar scene.
Used to be able to valet for $16/night, it's now 24. Don't understand how non-HD TVs exist in 2016. Tough location due to the one way streets, if you have a rental it can be pretty confusing. Desks are not set up for business travelers. Only one lamp outlet and the desk chair is absolutely worthless.
-
Conveniently located 3minute walk to Old Town, where our event was held. Clean quiet room with comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly. Good bar.
Window latch was broken and would not stay open in room. Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. Ran out of food items, when brought to staff attention said "Oh, Ok" and 15 mins later no change.
-
The staff was really helpful with all the parking questions I had. The beds were really comfortable. The bar was great.
We really needed a frig in the room.

Prices for drinks and food in the bar area were very reasonable.
